Manage current Accounts Receivables to reduce the risk of any bad debt write offs. Coach and review proper execution of our return and credits policy. Guide and achieve substantial growth (5-10% per year) for your team's foodservice segment. Deliver balanced growth targets in all retail and foodservice segments in the region. Enhance operations, processes and customer relationships that sets the foundation for growth over the next 3-5 years. Lead charge on region product development and work with purchasing team on commitments and support. Develop an understanding with buyers of what drives customer value and implement strategies to improve gross profits. Leverage field supports opportunities from our preferred vendor community. Support and engage in all company marketing and promotional events. Manage all customer credits, special event returns, and any other 3PL-Client C-Store requests resulting in the issuance of credit. Oversee all cigarette stamp purchasing and management within the DC site. Work with DC operations to ensure physical inventories and inventory reconciliations are complete and accurate. Administer review sessions with DC operations as needed resolving any inventory synchronization issues. Complete inventory obsolescence analysis for inventory reserves for perpetual inventory that is greater than or equal to 24 weeks old. To include other responsibilities as assigned. The Yardspotter position is responsible for providing support for trailer movement at the distribution center, as well as assisting preparation of trailers for shipping and monitoring the status of loaded trailers. What you'll do as a Yardspotter\: Drive tractor or yard truck, maneuvering into position to attach trailer and handle lines to secure. Clean and spot trailers to specified doors or lot locations. Fuel tractor or trailer and at times wash the equipment. Inspect trailers for defects. Back LTL or drop trailers into designated receiving door. Inspect loaded trailers to ensure product is secure for undamaged transport of product and that refrigeration unit is functioning\: report any issues to Operations Manager or Warehouse Lead. Drive tractor-trailer within yard, applying knowledge of commercial driving regulations and skill in maneuvering on the road and on company premises. Ability and willingness to select/load/unload and/or deliver ALL products that may be ordered by our customers. Be able to read and comprehend labels, instructions, bill of lading required. Be able to perform mathematical calculations to verify quantities of product required. Other duties as assigned. Position Overview: Lead and mentor a team of product owners to ensure their work aligns with the company's strategic goals. Function as key communicator of product decisions and business objectives to the product team and make key decisions in-line with stakeholder objectives. Set ambitious and clear product vision and communicate it effectively to stakeholders, the team, and the organization. Provide end to end team output strategy from inception to production. Coordinate the ingestion, aggregation, and materialization of small-to-medium-to-very-big tables used by data analysts. Create and socialize team roadmaps internally and with stakeholders. Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure digital vision and products align within team strategy and requirements. Provide and held accountable for product specific key performance indicators (KPIs) once solution enters production and communicate regular tracking to stakeholders. Utilize market and industry knowledge to translate user needs into user stories and acceptance criteria for their team. Maintain a backlog 3 to 4 sprints ahead of the team. Work closely with Data CoE to establish each product's business value and support messaging, communication, and customer outreach, as necessary. Facilitate release planning with stakeholders as well as weekly demos. Serve as a key role on Agile team(s) and work onsite with the team daily. Integrate usability studies and research into product requirements to enhance user satisfaction and ensure customer driven design. Minimum Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, with an MBA or relevant certifications such as CSPO preferred. Strong expertise in Agile frameworks like Scrum or SAFe and demonstrated experience leading and mentoring product owner teams in fast-paced, cross-functional environments. Highly data-driven, skilled in using metrics and customer insights to prioritize and guide product decisions. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills are essential, along with a deep understanding of customer needs and market trends.
