Pros of working at Perkins Coie

Very little oversight by management, so staff can essentially do what they want; there is one full-time employee in particular whose entire job is to submit 2 expense reports a month and provide occasional overflow reception, so she is free to do whatever she wants for approximately 35 hours per week

Cons of working at Perkins Coie

Lack of competence in upper management, including lack of oversight, which allows employees (including middle managers!!!) to run around DRUNK with power and harass other employees, making them feel bullied and unappreciated, and exposing the entire organization to stiff charges of employment discrimination
