The Opportunity:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Construction Administrator to join our Cultural Arts practice. This role is ideal for someone passionate about architecture and the arts, with a strong background in construction documentation, site coordination, and client engagement. You will play a key role in ensuring that our cultural projects, museums, theaters, performance spaces, and art institutions are executed to the highest standards of design and construction quality.
Primary Responsibilities:
* Manage day-to-day construction administration activities for cultural arts projects.
* Work closely with Principal and senior leadership
* Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, quality, and compliance with design intent.
* Review and respond to RFIs, submittals, and shop drawings in coordination with design teams.
* Manage process of bulletins, sketches, etc.

Required Qualifications:
* Bachelors or Masters degree in Architecture or related field.
* 510 years or more of experience in construction administration, preferably within cultural or institutional projects.
* Strong understanding of building systems, construction methods, and architectural detailing.
* Proficiency in software such as AutoCAD, Revit, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Office. Pro Core, eBuilder, etc.
* Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
* Familiarity with AIA contract documents and construction processes.
* Experience working on cultural arts facilities (e.g., museums, theaters, galleries).
* LEED accreditation or knowledge of sustainable construction practices.

Summer Internship Program Overview
The Summer Internship Program is open to applicants who are planning careers in architecture, structural & sustainable engineering, urban planning, graphic design, or interior design. Spend the summer learning from experts in all of our design disciplines, building your design and visualization skills and contributing to world class design projects. Summer Interns participate in a wide range of in-person and virtual learning opportunities and events.

Desired skills and expertise
Current student in an accredited bachelor's program or master's degree program in structural engineering or related field of study and returning to school in the Fall of 2026.
Exhibits initiative, problem solving, and a high attention to precision and accuracy at a task specific level.
Able to follow instructions on timelines of deliverables, seeks guidance when needed, escalates appropriately if required.
Effectively communicates internally through timely and appropriate written, oral and visual means.
Limited experience in structural analysis, drafting and design development.
