Position Description
As a Server, you will be responsible for providing friendly and efficient service to guests according to company policies, procedures, programs and performance standards. In addition, you will perform all duties to maximize guest satisfaction and a quality work environment as directed by General Manager or Manager on Duty.
Responsibilities:
* Reports to work well-groomed, in clean and proper uniform and practices good personal hygiene.
* Greets all guests in a kind, courteous and respectable way.
* Accountable for proper handling of cash, credit card information, gift cards and all things related to the payment of guest checks.
* Takes verbal drink and meal orders according to guest preference.
* Serves high quality food and checks all orders to ensure they are complete, prepared as ordered, portioned correctly and attractive in appearance.
* Monitors and oversees food temperatures during hot and cold handling to reduce the incidence of risk factors known to cause food borne illness.
* Maintains cleanliness of work station and pantry.
* Performs side work during shift downtime including but not limited to rolling silverware, restocking condiment holders, cleaning work areas, etc.
* Executes the service cycle and team responsibilities at all times.
* Maintains sufficient knowledge of the menu to execute suggestive selling with all guests.
* Writes guest check and/or operates POS equipment pursuant to company policies.
* Anticipates, identifies and corrects system breakdowns to achieve maximum guest satisfaction.
* Communicates with managers and co-workers regarding product/service deficiencies, equipment, safety problems, etc.
Qualifications:
* Basic skills such as sanitation, safety, and customer service taught through in-house training
* Trustworthy; can be relied upon to deal with payment of guest checks and operate cash register
* Must be able to communicate clearly
Physical Requirements / Environment / Work Conditions:
* Must have high level of mobility/flexibility
* Must be able to work irregular hours under heavy stress/pressure during peak times
* Must possess a high level of coordination

Position Description

Position Description
As a Lead Cook, you will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day kitchen operations and following an established production schedule. In addition, you will perform all duties to maximize guest satisfaction and a quality work environment as directed by Manager on Duty.
Responsibilities:
* Reports to work well groomed, in a clean and proper uniform, and at all times practices good personal hygiene.
* Maintains food and equipment inventories.
* Uses, maintains, and cleans all kitchen line equipment, preparation and storage areas.
* Stocks and rotates products on cooking line.
* Has sufficient knowledge of cooking stations, menu items and prep procedures to ensure correct portioning, quality, cooking time and performance standards.
* Cooks and prepares menu items according to guest request within company standards and following food safety and sanitation procedures.
* Monitors and oversees food temperatures during hot and cold handling to reduce the incidence of risk factors known to cause food borne illness. Ensures all food safety regulations are followed.
* Anticipates, identifies and corrects system breakdowns to achieve maximum guest satisfaction.
* Communicates with the Manager on Duty and coworkers regarding product/service deficiencies equipment, safety problems, etc.
Qualifications:
* Basic skills such as sanitation, safety, and customer service taught through in-house training
* Must be able to communicate clearly
* Must be able to coordinate multiple tasks simultaneously
Physical Requirements / Environment / Work Conditions:
* Must have high level of mobility/flexibility
* Must be able to work irregular hours under heavy stress/pressure during peak times
* Must possess a high level of coordination
* Must lift and carry up to 50 pounds for distances up to 30 feet
* Must be able to fit through an opening 30" wide
* Requires frequent reaching, bending, pushing and pulling
* Exposure to heat, steam, smoke, cold and odors
* Requires continual standing and walking

Position Description
As a Baker you will be responsible for providing efficient service and food preparation according to company policies, procedures, programs and performance standards.
Responsibilities:
Reports to work well-groomed, in clean and proper uniform and practices good personal hygiene.
Makes and prepares all food items that are baked in oven including but not limited to pies, muffins, cookies, quiche, meatloaf and ribs.
Adjusts controls to regulate temperature of ovens.
Monitors and oversees food temperatures during hot and cold handling to reduce the incidence of risk factors known to cause food borne illness.
Measures ingredients for bakery goods using measuring cups and spoons and mixes by hand or with electric mixer. Cuts dough into uniform portions with knife or divider. Molds dough into loaves or desired shapes. Places shaped dough onto greased sheets or in floured pans.
Prepares meats or baked foods according to recipe, using variety of kitchen utensils and equipment.
Observes and tests foods being cooked by tasting, smelling, and piercing for stage of doneness.
Serves high quality food and ensures items are complete, prepared as required and attractive in appearance.
During peak business will be required to work on steam kettles and the grill line.
Maintains cleanliness of kitchen stations and work areas and must be able to manage time effectively.
