The centralized reporting structure will drive over $50 million in sourcing value creation in 4 years, while building better relationships with Carlson suppliers. Before beginning with Carlson Companies, Larry was an Owner/ Operator of a McDonald's restaurant in Ann Arbor, Michigan. The “hands on” operations experience significantly compliments his strategic corporate experience. In eight months, Larry was able to drive year over year sales 8.6% and transactions 15.9%, while the region performance languished at (4.6%) and (5.5%) respectively. Larry’s extensive foodservice background also includes ten and a half years as the Vice President, Supply Chain Management for Taco Bell based in Irvine, California, and a position as Director of Procurement, Burger King, Miami Florida.
