In August 2001, the company became an SEC reporting/listed company enabling us to attract investment from other investors.

(Dec 2003) Telesource Fiji Limited (TFL) was awarded a 20 year Operations and Maintenance contract for the Kinoya and Vuda Power Plants in Fiji.

In 2005, Nidal Zayed was promoted to Chief Executive Officer and President.

(Sept 2006) Pernix –SHBC JV was awarded the New United States Embassy Compound project in Suva, Fiji.

(Nov 2008) Pernix–SHBC JV received a certificate of recognition for completing one million man-hours without any disabling injury for the New United States Embassy Compound in Suva, Fiji, a first for any construction project in Fiji.

(July 2009) Pernix Group was 1 of 42 companies worldwide that was nominated for the Secretary of State’s Corporate Excellence Award.

(May 2010) The Pernix Serka Joint Venture (PS JV) partnership was established for the Containerized Housing and Office Units IDIQ contract for the Design-Build of the Baghdad Police Academy Annex (BPAX) project in Iraq.

(Apr 2011) Pernix Serka Joint Venture was awarded the Baghdad Police Academy Annex Task Order under the CHU/OU IDIQ contract.

(Feb 2013) Pernix Serka Joint Venture received an award recognizing completion of one million safe man-hours without lost time accidents at the Diplomatic Support Center project on Sather Air Base in Baghdad, Iraq.

(Feb 2014) Pernix Group, Inc. is recognized for 1 million safe man-hours without lost time accidents for our work on the OBC Rehabilitation project in Niamey, Niger.
