We need you to have the ability to own the P&L of your facility and also roll up your sleeves and get dirty out on the production floor from time-to-time. In this role you will: Establish short and long term strategic operating objectives for the plant. Oversee plant operations including production, field, warehouse, shipping and receiving, maintenance and office management. Ensure compliance with federal and state regulations; monitor and enforce quality control standards; forecast and schedule production; develop and/or approve all plant operating policies. Direct, manage and develop supervisory personnel to ensure safe and efficient operation of the plant. Support team members in professional development and/or career advancement. Establish, communicate, implement and enforce safety programs and procedures. Establish and monitor plant operating budget; prepare and analyze profit and loss statements; identify and implement improvements to positively affect profitability. Recommend purchase of all capital equipment and plant expansion.
