Amber Bishop began her career as a Registered Nurse at Perry County Memorial Hospital in 2004. She received her Associate's Degree in Nursing from Mineral Area College and began as Staff Nurse in the Medical/Surgical department. She then moved to a Staff Nurse in the Cardiopulmonary Rehab and Cardiology Clinic area in 2008 before becoming the Nurse Manager of that area in 2013. In that role, Amber oversaw ten cardiology clinics and the daily functions of Cardiopulmonary Rehab. She then went on to obtain her Bachelors in Nursing from Southeast Missouri University in 2015.

Experienced Chief Financial Officer with a demonstrated history of working in the hospital & healthcare industry. Skilled in Hospital Operations including Budgeting and Forecasting, Medicare/Medicaid and Managed Care Reimbursement, Financial Services/Accounting, Compliance and Healthcare Industry. Strong finance professional with a BBA focused in Business/Managerial Economics/Finance from UNM. HFMA Certified as Fellow and Certified Healthcare Financial Professional.

Mike Ellis is responsible for the strategic direction, vision, and improvement of the financial infrastructure of Perry County Health System. Ellis joins PCMH with over 30 years of healthcare finance experience. His experience includes developing strategic financial forecasting and planning, managing capital improvement projects including clinical buildings, establishing and restructuring debt with lower rates, improving revenue cycle processes, implementing internal controls, analyzing Medicare cost reports, and increasing productivity and profits. Ellis has an Executive Master of Business Administration from the University of Denver, Daniels College of Business.
