Edward Rosenfeld has served as Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer of Steven Madden, Ltd. since August 2008. Mr. Rosenfeld previously served as interim Chief Executive Officer and, prior to that, as Executive Vice President of Strategic Planning and Finance of Steve Madden.
