Key Responsibilities:

Promote a culture of excellence in hospice nursing, end-of-life care, and family support

Monitor financial performance: manage expenses, payroll, supply costs, and budgeting while driving branch revenue growth through census development, referral management, and efficient resource utilization
Maintain strong relationships with physicians, referral sources, and the broader community
About You:
Current RN license in the state of employment (required)
Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, or related field (preferred)
3+ years of experience in hospice, home health, or healthcare operations leadership
Strong understanding of hospice regulations, compliance, and Medicare conditions of participation
Proven ability to manage teams, budgets, and interdisciplinary operations
Exceptional communication, organizational, and leadership skills

Initiates business development activities in a variety of different ways. Decides who to make calls to, engage, and follow up with existing borrowers. Works to create a network of contacts and referral sources in the business community through involvement in a variety of activities.
Interviews business loan applicants and negotiates terms of credit, including price and collateral requirements. Makes decisions on which credits should be submitted for approval.

We'll count on you to:
Estimate time spent on each essential duty varies by location and specific needs of the office.
Advanced technical knowledge of HVAC equipment is required.
Inspect and test the operation of the building's HVAC, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and control systems daily. Perform scheduled preventative maintenance or routine repairs to systems or equipment. Maintain accurate records of equipment repairs and preventative maintenance performed.
Make recommendations to the supervisor when contractor assistance is needed. Perform all work following established safety rules, lock-out/tag-out, etc.
Perform ongoing building and area inspections on safety and security.
Coordinate and maintain required OSHA programs for the facility. Participates in the Safety Committee. Assist in building emergencies as a facility's Emergency Response Team member. Monitor building security systems and programs building entry/security devices into the system.
Paint interior and/or exterior surfaces of the facility. Performs repairs to masonry, woodwork, floor, ceiling, parking lot, driveway, office equipment, and furnishings of the building.
Install and maintain new office equipment. Makes recommendations to supervisor when contractor assistance is needed.
Erect or modify office space, including moving systems, furniture, and equipment. Set up tables, chairs and presentation equipment in the training room(s) for company events.
Perform snow removal as needed. Operate snowplow and/or snow blower, hand shovels, sweeps, and spreads sand and/or salt to maintain safe roadways, parking lots, and sidewalks. May perform seasonal groundskeeping duties including mowing, planting, pruning, weeding, and mulching.
Ability to present yourself in professional manner within an office environment at all times.
Some travel will be required to our other company locations with occasional overnights.

Qualifications
What you need to have:
Associate's degree or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school; or two years facility maintenance-related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Advanced training in the area of facility maintenance is preferred.
A valid driver's license required.

Role Title: Regional 12V/24V GPS/Telematics/Dash Cam Installation & Service Technicians
Employment Type: Full Time, Year Round work
Location: Based in the Des Moines Area -- approximately 40% overnight and out of town travel required after training is completed.
Compensation: Pay range is commensurate with experience and skills, both for installation and organization. A 90-day trial period is mandatory, after which full employment is offered to successful candidates.
