I am looking for rubber press operators at a Middlefield plant. I am looking for a person that can stand at a rubber press machine for an 8 hour shift. The operator will hand load the materials into the machine and remove them once cured. The operator must be able to visually inspect the finished parts. Job Summary The Advanced Practice Provider (APP) cares for our patients within the scope of training and approved the agreement, as outlined by their governing board. Works collaboratively with other providers and staff to ensure efficient patient flow and a high level of patient satisfaction. Responsibilities Perform complete, detailed, and accurate health histories, review patient records, develop comprehensive medical assessments, and order laboratory, radiological and diagnostic studies appropriate for complaint, race, sex, and physical condition of the patient Formulate medical and nursing diagnoses and institute therapy or referrals of patients to the appropriate health care facilities, agencies, and other resources of the community or physician Institute emergency measures and emergency treatment or appropriate stabilization measures in situations such as cardiac arrest, shock, hemorrhage, convulsions, poisoning, and allergic reactions Interpret and analyze patient data to determine patient status, patient management and treatment Provide instructions and guidance regarding health care and health care promotion to patients/family/ significant others Other duties and responsibilities as assigned Qualifications Excellent communicator with staff, patients, and family Professional appearance and attitude ANCC, AANP, or NCCPA Board Certified (with 1 yr ER/UC experience preferred) Active and current Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner licensure in the state of practice, DEA number, and state-controlled substance certificate, as required Able to multi-task and work independently

YMCA of Greater Cleveland has an immediate need for Lifeguards who will be responsible for ensuring safety of all participants during open swim and program activities. Job Responsibilities: Maintain CPR, First Aid, other required YMCA certifications. Report to work on time and with appropriate safety equipment (fanny pack) and appropriate clothing. Ensure safety of participants during class and/or open swim. Adhere to Blood borne Pathogen standards and attend annual training. Notify supervisor of any faulty equipment or unsafe conditions. Document any incidents that occur during shift (on daily basis). Monitor chlorine, PH levels/ and track water temperature hourly. Qualifications: Ability to read, write & understand written directions. Must be at least 15 years of age. Current YMCA or Red Cross life guarding certification and CPR PRO certification. Physical ability to rescue an individual from water. Prior experience helpful.
