Working knowledge of Allen Bradley, Icom software programs, hydraulic and pneumatic systems desirable. Familiar with AutoCad and capable of drawing schematics. Key Responsibilities Infrastructure Management: Oversee and maintain network systems, servers, and hardware/software environments to guarantee optimal performance and uptime. Team Leadership: Lead IT support staff, including recruitment, onboarding, training, and performance evaluation. Cultivate a collaborative, results-driven team culture. Project Oversight: Plan, coordinate, and implement IT initiatives such as system upgrades, integrations, and application rollouts. Policy & Compliance: Develop, implement, and enforce IT policies, procedures, and security protocols to meet regulatory requirements and internal standards. Vendor Management: Manage relationships with external vendors and service providers, including procurement, support, and contract oversight. Budget Oversight: Administer the IT operations budget, ensuring cost-efficient solutions and strategic technology investments. Incident & Disaster Response: Lead troubleshooting, disaster recovery planning, and root cause analysis for recurring technical challenges.
