Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in human resources, Management or related field
10+ years of experience as an HR Business Partner or HR Generalist, with a focus on Learning and Development, Performance Management, and Talent Management
Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment legislation
Thrives in a dynamic and changing environment, experience in supporting and scaling teams
Strong verbal, written and influencing skills
Proven ability to develop and implement HR strategies that drive business results and outcomes

Developing technical portions of responses to RFI / RFP and other similar customer requirements
Maintaining expert knowledge of Persistent Systems products to evaluate and maintain program objectives
Working closely with Engineering by providing feedback from information gathered during program activities
Communicating Persistent Systems' solutions to technical and non-technical clients and end-users for UAS and/or UGV applications
Working directly with Persistent Systems delivered MANET equipment for use ranging from ground-based to airborne to subterranean, working with customers including Defense, Federal, other military, law enforcement, and commercial organizations
Job Qualifications & Experience
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering
Proficiency in technical concepts such as wireless, mobile IP, and or RF propagation
Proficiency in networking concepts such as IP routing and switching and VPN architecture
Understanding of product development and systems architecture design
Proficiency in programming in Python, C, and/or C++
Proficiency in data collection and analysis
Experience working directly with customers and end users
Strong interpersonal and communications skills, written and verbal
Must be available to travel up to 50% of the time
Ability to obtain a Secret US Security Clearance
Preferred Qualifications
Master's degree in electrical engineering
Experience with UAS and/or UGV platform design/integration
Net+, Sec+, CCNA, or CWNA certifications
Experience with wireless concepts such as MANET, Mesh, Ad-hoc, protocols and web architecture-
Experience using and integrating wireless datalink/radio hardware and/or software
DoD Information Operations and Cyber Security experience

The base pay for this role can vary from $140,000 to $180,000 a year based on individual qualifications. Eligibility for yearly discretionary bonus. Persistent Systems is looking for an IT Support Engineer to support our geographically dispersed user base. You will be responsible for administration and internal support of the company's PCs, printers, servers, phones, and related equipment. Day-to-day responsibilities include end-user support, license tracking, and performing PC maintenance, upgrades, and configurations on Windows 10 and Ubuntu. You will respond to inquiries and requests for assistance with software, hardware, and other problems requiring resolutions. Position Responsibilities
Provide helpdesk support and resolve issues for end-users
Monitor and respond quickly and effectively to requests received through the IT helpdesk
Document and update internal technical procedures and How-To guides
Automate and manage Windows and Linux workstation setup and deployment for new employees including hardware and software
Experience with O365 user and workstation administration
Support the onboarding of new users
Maintain inventory of all equipment, software and software licenses
