Job Summary:
To assist our busy clients, we are looking for a Personal Assistant with flexibility in scheduling to be a sub on our team. Your hours and schedule may vary from week to week as you will be providing support to our clients and team as needed. We have an immediate long term subbing role in Mukilteo beginning in January for 3+ months. This is for a 15 hour per week client, and the schedule is Monday, Wednesday, and Thursdays from 9:30 AM- 2:30 PM. Our perfect applicant will have strong initiative, organization, independence, and excellent communication skills.
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Note: Actual working hours are flexible and on-call, depending on client and team needs.
Compensation: $28 - $31 per hour, based on experience.
Start Date: As soon as possible.
Role Description:
Your role will involve:
Assisting with meal preparation and planning.
Performing household tasks such as laundry, dishes, and general tidying.
Implementing home organization solutions and systems
Managing errands such as grocery shopping, picking up prescriptions, and more.
Accepting deliveries
Assist with special projects / vendors / household management
Maintain and follow detailed home maintenance needs
Comfortable with finance, banking, or accounting-related tasks
Providing pet care

Primary Responsibilities
The Territory Assistant is responsible for all aspects of executing the day-to-day relationship with the stores in an assigned territory. The Territory Assistant provides back-up territory coverage and assistance for Regional Sales Supervisors and Retail Sales Consultants during their vacations, absences or as otherwise needed. Perfusion Solution Inc. is currently hiring a full-time Perfusion Assistant to support our NRP perfusion team in Seattle, Washington. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals currently enrolled in perfusion school or those pursuing a career in perfusion.
In this role, you will work closely with experienced NRP specialists, assisting with equipment preparation, transport logistics, and live organ recovery cases using Normothermic Regional Perfusion (NRP). You'll gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced, life-saving field while supporting clinical operations from setup to transport.
This position requires taking call approximately 50-75% of the time, including nights, weekends, and holidays, to respond to urgent organ recovery cases. This position also involves operating a company-provided vehicle for equipment and team transport, so candidates must have a valid driver's license and a clean driving record.

Requirements:
The ideal candidate is highly motivated, detail-oriented, and thrives in both independent and team settings.
