This position is primarily responsible for producing wort and maintaining brewing equipment and facility. Primary Job Responsibilities: * Complete brewing process in a safe and efficient manner. This includes, but is not limited to, milling, mashing, and lautering, wort boiling, cooling and transferring to Storage vessels. * Repair brewery equipment with assistance from other Brewhouse employees. * Completion of daily cleaning and maintenance checklists * Aid with yeast propagation following Company's process. * Maintain cleanliness of all areas in the brew house. * Work with Lab Technician to ensure our product meets our standards of the highest quality. * Maintaining the use of standard operating procedures unless otherwise instructed. * Communicate regularly and efficiently with Granite City staff. * Maintain inventory as needed. Report any low levels of inventory to your supervisor when necessary. * Arrive to each shift on time with a positive attitude. * Complete all necessary paperwork accurately and on time. * Perform others duties as assigned.
