You must have an appropriate combination of successfully completed post-high school education and experience to meet the total qualification requirements for the GS-05 grade level. One full academic year of study (30 semester hours) beyond the second year is equivalent to 6 months of specialized experience. * Ensure the return preparers and the quality reviewers advise taxpayers of their ultimate responsibility for information on their return.
* Complete Form 13206, Volunteer Assistance Summary Report, and send to your partner.
* After the filing season, hold recognition events for volunteers. You may request volunteer certificates and service recognition milestone awards from your SPEC relationship manager.
