    We are looking for a Professional/Personal Assistant to support our growing business. In this role, you will support our CEO by completing personal and professional tasks to maintain organization and promote efficiency both at his personal home and in the company office. You will perform a variety of detail-oriented and complex administrative tasks and projects, the success of which will be measured by your ability to follow through and work in tandem with the CEO's needs. You will be working for and with someone who is both fast-moving and goal-oriented, and you will need to anticipate needs, think critically, and provide updates and recommendations as you execute tasks and complete projects. This role also requires high levels of professionalism, EQ, and confidentiality. The Company office and the CEO's home are in Mason, OH, and you will report to the Executive Assistant to the CEO. This is a full-time position expected to be 40 hours per week with a flexible work schedule; additionally, one weekend day (typically Saturday) of availability is needed, averaging 2-3 hours.
