PRIMARY OBJECTIVE OF POSITION: To provide clients with integrated financial services, in partnership with the Client Advisor and other team members. To provide support to Client Advisors and others in the organization to deliver best-in-class client service. To monitor the financial activities of assigned clients and oversee completion of client work.

1. Partners with Client Advisor and other professionals to coordinate communication and delivery of services to clients.
2. Manages execution of client work, creating accountability across company functions.
3. Provides financial planning expertise, solutions, and recommendations for clients.
4. Analyzes financial information and prepares accurate and timely materials.
5. Partners with Client Operations Specialists and administrative staff to ensure accurate and timely transactions are completed.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Provides clear advice and recommendations as a financial planning expert, communicating clearly and effectively with clients. Anticipates needs, answers questions, and recommends solutions. Presents financial information in client meetings.
2. Reviews and analyzes clients' financial situation regularly and proposes tactical and/or strategic ideas to help clients meet their financial and related goals.
3. Contributes to client meeting planning using eMoney for most meetings, with the ability to prepare cash flows, spending rate analysis, financial planning reports, and other reports as needed. Oversees review of meeting materials provided by other departments. Attends most client meetings. Manages execution of tasks resulting from client meeting.
4. Monitors overall financial activity of assigned clients. Identifies and resolves client issues as they arise and, if necessary, brings issues to the attention of Client Advisor and other staff as needed.
5. Oversees the preparation of checks and wires by Client Operations Specialists; approve checks and wires.
6. Responsible for clients' cash flow planning and makes recommendations as necessary including ensuring adequate cash is available for client needs. Works with Operations Team to ensure completion of assigned work and transactions.
7. Reviews the client's semi-annual reports.
8. Works with the Investment Department on clients' investment planning; is knowledgeable regarding clients' investment planning objectives.
9. Works with the Tax, Trust, Estate, and Charitable Groups on clients' estate, tax, and charitable planning and trust matters; is knowledgeable regarding clients' financial and related objectives.
10. Works with clients and insurance brokers to ensure adequate and appropriate insurance coverage based on clients' needs.
11. Completes special projects and participates in company initiatives as assigned.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
1. Bachelor's degree in business, accounting and or tax/finance preferred.
2. Minimum 3 years' related financial planning experience required.
3. Advanced certifications or credentials held or working toward completing - CFP
4. Ability to travel up to 20% of time (travel for meetings may be less or busier at certain times of the year).
5. Intermediate level Microsoft Office skills including Word, Excel, Adobe Pro, and PowerPoint required. Proficiency with eMoney or similar financial software preferred.
