Responsibilities: Opening and closing of designated branch locations. Processing of mobile and merchant electronic deposits daily. Process various Night-Drop and Mail transactions as needed. Assisting with client emails, phones, and chats in a designated time frame. Consistently applies superior decision-making techniques pertaining to inquiries, approvals, and requests as they apply to existing policies and procedures, keeping within assigned approval limits and using instances as learning tools for employee development. Full understanding of all policies and procedures relative to responsibilities. Assist with reporting as needed. Additional responsibilities as assigned. Job Qualifications High School diploma, general education degree (GED), or equivalent required. Six months previous cash handling and customer service experience required preferably in banking. Strong verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills. High level of time management, organizational and problem-solving skills with the ability to multi-task, strong attention to detail, and accountability.
