Function Incumbent will create and manage the customer experience by determining the types of accounts and/or services needed to meet their individual financial needs. Duties and Responsibilities
Demonstrate a high level of courtesy and efficiency with customers, continuously exceeding expectations and applying Citadel's Class Service Principles of Accuracy, Convenience, Respect, and Value.
Recognize opportunities to promote or sell Citadel's products and services as a means for serving customers' financial needs and meeting or exceeding monthly, quarterly, and semi-annual sales goals.
Accurately perform customers' financial transactions by producing quality work. Role will include cash handling and counting, both by hand and via technology such as Cash Recyclers, ATMs', and/or Inline Teller Machines.
Add value to our customers by offering guided, consultative services that introduce a variety of products & services designed to accomplish every individual's financial goals.
Meet customers' needs by servicing them through a variety of channels, including, but not limited to: In-Person, Outbound Calling Campaigns, Assisting with Inbound Call Center Calls, and Community Events.
Develop and maintain relationships with business partners and specialists in other departments to maximize sales opportunities and achieve sales standards.
Ensure operational and financial safety and soundness through knowledge and sound decision making.
Adhere to Citadel's operational compliance and security policies, as well as applicable state and federal laws.
Demonstrate strong understanding of industry trends, scams, risks/threats and how they impact the customer and our organization.
Interact with others (co-workers, management, customers and vendors) in a professional, tactful, and respectful manner. Duties/Responsibilities:
Follow all credit union policies, procedures, and requirements in addition to all state and federal laws and regulations, including Regulation CC, the Bank Secrecy Act, OFAC and USA Patriot Act/Customer Identification Act (CIP). Maintain an up-to-date and comprehensive knowledge of the credit union's products and services.
Support the credit union's focus on member service and sales. This position will have sales and lending goals and minimum performance standards.
Build rapport and use active listening skills, to identify members' needs while working with members or actively researching members' relationships to determine sales and cross-selling opportunities.
Answer inquiries, screen, interview and counsel prospective borrowers, including explaining loan options (rates, types of loans/options, repayment terms, etc.); assist members in completing loan documentation; verify and complete appropriate credit checks and perform financial ratios to determine credit risk to credit union. Approve or deny consumer loans within established policies and limits; document approvals and notify denials in a timely manner.
Complete and prepare loan documentation accurately and efficiently.
Close and disburse loans according to credit union procedures and policies, ensuring borrowers are familiar with and understand loan terms, conditions, collateral and disclosures.

* 1+ year Branch Banking Banker or equivalent experience in financial services, with verifiable success in new client acquisition, cultivating, and maintaining customer relationships and revenue generation

Job responsibilities

Match cash proceeds and collateral with counterparties for corporate actions
Lead by becoming primary point of contact for all stakeholders to reconcile events.
Match and resolve cash and stock breaks with borrower and other issues as required.
Lead and Identify innovation and process improvement opportunities.
Work on special research/reconciliation type projects from time to time.
