As a Financial Services Representative, you're the face of World Finance - empathizing, empowering, and engaging with our customers. The primary responsibility of the Financial Services Representative is to assist the Branch Manager in operating the branch effectively and efficiently and to maximize growth. This position is expected to utilize sound lending skills, maximize potential profits, and follow policies for effective collection of accounts. This position is also responsible for providing excellent customer service which is an essential part of marketing the branch and Company culture. Hourly Pay: $17 What you'll do: Guide customers toward upward credit mobility through good financial choices. Provide top-tier customer service, assisting customers with questions, concerns, and products. Process and prepare loan applications. Take and process payments. Prepare loan documents and execute loan closing on current renewal loans. Balance assigned cash drawer daily. Prepare and complete the daily branch bank deposit and possibly transport money (operating cash, interim deposits, daily deposits) to and from the bank. Maintain strong customer relationships and build community within your branch. Other duties include but are not limited to: Call approved and unmade applications to close loans daily. Help build tax clientele and provide tax services. Send complete and accurate credit denial letters within 30 days from the date of application. Pay branch expenses as instructed by Branch Manager.
