What is in it for you:
As a Structured Products Trader, you will be part of a collaborative US Insurance team that manages multiple portfolios of US fixed income assets with a focus on structured products to include MBS, CMBS, ABS and CLOs. The Director will be responsible for trading MBS, CMBS, ABS and CLOs for the institutional clients of SLC Management. What You Will Do:
* Review and execute structured product trades in a manner consistent with our best execution and risk management practices, as well as our policies and procedures.

* Execute trades across multiple product types.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Actively engage with existing and prospective members to create a positive member experience that is consistent with the values and culture of the organization.
Ensure all members receive prompt, professional, helpful, and courteous service during each interaction.
Deepen member relationships through expert knowledge of credit union products and services and the execution of member engagement strategies through in-person conversations, relationship calling and referrals to other business lines.
Use a consultative approach and resources such as the Member Vision Plan to develop solutions that will educate and improve member's financial well-being.
Ensure accuracy and completion of all transactions and member service requests as outlined in the employee performance standards.
Efficiently onboard members in the system and complete outbound call programs and set appointments to meet member needs, as assigned.
Support the Member Service Center with incoming calls as scheduled, monitor activities and remain flexible to changes.
Build meaningful relationships by participating in branch promotions and community events, as assigned.
Work effectively in a team environment across all organizational levels.
Perform other duties as assigned.

Salary Pay Range:
Financial Services Representative I (Category 15): $42,254 - $60,844 annually
Financial Services Representative II (Category 14): $45,633 - $66,624 annually
Senior Financial Services Representative (Category 13): $49,284 - $73,391 annually
Starting base salary will be determined based on candidate experience, qualifications, education, and local or state wage requirements, if applicable and will fall within the range provided above.
In accordance with our Salary Administration policy, new hire base salaries generally fall within the minimum to midpoint of the listed range.

This position is fully onsite in Kent, WA. Base Salary Range:
Level I - $20.00 - $23.84 - $28.61 per hour
Level II - $20.50 - $25.62 - $30.75 per hour
Depending on qualifications and experience, New Accounts Representative I or II may be considered.
The Role at a Glance:
Build and maintain strong business relationships with all customers and prospective customers through established customer service and sales standards.
Open new accounts in accordance with all account opening and account ownership verification procedures and compliance requirements. Actively grow and cross-sell business transaction accounts as well as all bank products and services.
Partner with other lines of business to meet customer needs and to achieve established production goals.
Develop and maintain an in-depth knowledge of current Bank products and services.
Maintain confidentiality when handling customer requests and transactions.
Ensure compliance with applicable regulatory requirements and internal policies and procedures.
Participate in branch functions and community activities to promote the Bank's image and growth.
Receive checks and cash for deposit, verify amounts and endorsements, enter all necessary information in data processing system, issue receipts, cash checks and pay out money upon verification standards and balance in an accurate and complete manner.
Place holds on accounts as required and completes appropriate documentation for holds placed.
Core Skills and Qualifications:
Level I: 1+ years recent new accounts and relationship selling experience, demonstrating working knowledge of new account documentation and compliance in a financial services industry - required.
Level II: 2+ years' recent new accounts and relationship selling experience, demonstrating working knowledge of new account documentation and compliance in a financial services industry required.
In-depth working knowledge of related statutory banking and compliance regulations, operational policies and procedures and the Bank's products and services.
Detail oriented with strong organizational, problem solving and time management skills
Ability to read, write, speak and understand English well. Excellent written and oral communication skills. Multi-lingual (Spanish) is a plus, but not required.
Understanding and working knowledge of core processing/operating systems, i.e., Fiserv, DNA; with the ability to learn and adapt to new technologies quickly.
The position may require National Mortgage Licensing System and Registry (NMLS) registration under the terms of the SAFE Act of 2008. Continued employment in this position with Heritage Bank is contingent upon successful registration and annual re-registration thereafter.
Valid driver's license, proof of insurance, and access to reliable transportation; or the ability to access and utilize an alternative method of transportation, when needed, to carry out job-related essential functions and attend required training.
