The Tailored Licensed Support (TLS) Team acts as a fiduciary, remotely serving clients in partnership with the clients' local Branch Office Team.
Tailored Licensed Support associates are experienced licensed financial advisors with extensive industry knowledge and firsthand branch experience ready to partner with their Branch Teams on day one. The TLS associate effectively and efficiently performs any licensed tasks the Financial Advisor performs and will be paired with up to 2 Branch Teams.
What Characteristics would make you a successful Tailored Licensed Support Financial Representative:
Build meaningful relationships with the branch team and their clients, with an understanding of legal and regulatory requirements related to providing financial solutions.
Collaborate with the FA and branch team to ensure alignment and create, monitor, and adjust the branch business plan to increase branch effectiveness and achieve desired business results.
Researching portfolio performance, cost/fees, asset allocation and changes to portfolio construction/investments, and make recommendations to client.
Gathering information and collecting suitability information to deeply understand clients' and prospective clients' needs, priorities, and concerns to accelerate trust and create a personalized, comprehensive strategy to achieve their goals.
Meeting with clients regularly to track progress toward goals, uncover additional assets, proactively address emerging concerns, and adjust their strategy to ensure their needs are met.
Leverage firm systems, tools and resources to support Goal Based Advice conversations in a tailored approach and apply knowledge of the Edward Jones business model, investment philosophies and values.
Demonstrate flexibility in shifting between two branch teams, prioritizing the needs of each branch on a daily basis.

JOB SUMMARY

This position is subject to the Dodd Frank/Truth in Lending Act qualification requirements for Loan Originators. As such, an employment offer for this position is contingent on JPMC's review of your criminal conviction history, credit report, information available through NMLS, and any other information relevant to a determination by JPMC that you demonstrate financial responsibility, good character, and general fitness for the position. Note that any felony conviction within the last seven years will disqualify you from consideration for this position. In addition, this position requires National Mortgage Licensing System and Registry (NMLS) registration under the SAFE Act of 2008.
