Western & Southern Life offers a very competitive compensation plan: $1000 week, assuming a 40-hour workweek (non-exempt training period) for the first 2 weeks of employment. After you complete this 2-week training period, the role is exempt. During Weeks 3-13, you will receive a $1000/week base salary and be eligible to earn incentives per the terms of the applicable incentive plan. After week 13, your compensation is variable based on your individual performance in accordance with the terms of the applicable incentive plan; performing at minimum standards anticipates earning $50,000- 70,000 annually, as noted in the “Pay” field below. As a full-time Financial Representative, you will also be eligible to participate in Western & Southern Life's benefit plans, subject to the terms of those plans. As an Associate Banker in Branch Banking, you will contribute significantly to the success of the branch by delivering exceptional customer experiences. You will build long-lasting relationships with clients by sharing product knowledge and solutions as well as introducing them to our licensed bankers. Job responsibilities · Engages clients as they enter the branch by welcoming them and making them feel appreciated, including managing lobby traffic, checking clients into the waiting queue and scheduling/canceling client meetings · Helps clients with everyday transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, payments, reordering a debit card, setting up a direct deposit or helping update their address accurately and efficiently, while complying with all policies, procedures, and regulatory and banking requirements · Educates clients on the usage of technology self-service options such as leveraging the Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs to complete their banking needs whenever, wherever, and however they want · Assists clients and the branch team by helping with new account openings when needed · Performs branch operations which may include managing cash devices such as the cash vault, ATM, or others while adhering to all bank policies and procedures Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills · 6+ months of customer service experience · High school diploma or GED equivalent Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills · Ability to make personal connections, engage customers, and remain courteous and professional in a team environment while quickly and accurately learn products, services, and procedures · Professional, interpersonal, thorough, detailed oriented, and organized with follow-up skills · Strong desire and ability to influence, educate, and connect customers to technology · Cash handling experience
