About Our Opportunity
This is a trainee level position. The Rural 1st Loan Officer Trainee's (RLO Trainee) primary responsibility is to gain the knowledge, skill, ability and experience to become a fully-functional Rural 1st Loan Officer.
The Rural 1st Loan Officer (RLO) is a sales position responsible for building relationships with customers in the consumer market segment. The objective is to understand customer goals, credit strengths and weaknesses, and deliver "value added"/constructive agricultural and/or financial information that will assist them in their farming businesses.

Position Purpose:

About Our Opportunity

Job Description
* Recommends loan solutions in accordance with lending guidelines and clients' requirements.
* Manages a portfolio of customer relationships. Seeks prospective opportunities to retain and/or develop new clients. Responsible for sales calls.
* Develops and prepares loan solutions and refers products and services; reviews documentation to ensure compliance. Manages customer pipeline for efficiency.
* Collaborates with internal and external stakeholders to complete mortgage transactions.
* Collects and analyzes customer financial information for multifaceted and/or complex borrowers.

Pay Transparency
Base Salary: $37,440.00 - $37,440.00
Salaries may vary based on geographic location, market data and on individual skills, experience, and education. This role is incentive eligible with the payment based upon company, business and/or individual performance.
