Build Meaningful Connections: * Engage residents in social activities and one-on-one interactions. * Foster a positive, respectful environment with residents, families, and team members. * Encourage participation in group activities to promote a sense of community. Promote Safety & Mobility: * Help transport residents to appointments and events. * Safely assist with lifting, turning, and positioning residents.
