Job Duties:
Dig graves according to required dimensions with grave digging equipment such as an excavator, site dumper, tractor equipped with a back hoe and front end loader
Transport dirt, stones, trash, tools and a variety of equipment
Operate a variety of maintenance equipment such as utility vehicles, riding mowers, chain saws, hedge trimmers, earth tampers, and snow plows
Perform minor repairs and preventative maintenance to equipment such as changing tires, oil changes, replacing filters to ensure proper operation
Unload headstones/markers from truck by hand or with a forklift and inspects them for damage or wrong information
Assist in setting the headstones/markers in containment boxes of the grave liners
Align grave-sites with other established graves or according to specified dimensions; lowers casket into grave and or grave liner, and replaces dirt over grave-site either by hand or by using an excavator; tamping as necessary with a hand or powered tamper
Remove excess dirt and transports to dump area
Perform miscellaneous janitorial tasks
Perform minor facility maintenance such as painting and incidental carpentry tasks
Monitor performance of irrigation equipment to ensure efficient water usage and utilizes best practice techniques.
Complete landscaping tasks throughout grounds to include cleaning headstones and markers

Knowledge of:
Basic principles and practices of grounds maintenance
Proper use of power and hand tools
Common occupational safety practices and procedures

Skills in:
Operating 1.5 to 3.0 ton dump truck
Operating tractors, excavators, site dumper, riding mower, bush hog, and other associated equipment used in cemetery ground maintenance

Ability to:
Learn the procedures in performing burials and headstone and marker setting and aligning
Learn the Arizona Management System (AMS) to ensure procedures are the current best way of doing tasks
Lift and carry up to 90 pounds; push and pull up to 50 pounds (e.g. headstones/markers, grounds equipment, etc.)
Identify and address routine ground maintenance issues, including safety concerns
Work in the outdoors and associated elements on a continuous basis
Work independently, under minimal supervision
Selective Preference(s):
The ideal candidate will possess at least one year of experience in grounds maintenance, gardening work, nursery work, and tree care operations, to include proper use of power and hand tools and equipment.

VEN Centers is looking for qualified candidates to fill their VEN(Viral ElimiNation) Centers Advanced Practice Provider (APP) position. Successful candidates possess a passion for patient outreach and advocacy with the goal of delivering the best care and removing obstacles to provide necessary treatments to affected patients. This role will be pivotal in removing patient obstacles to treatment options and will require hands on efforts to ensure that patients are provided the care they need. The Provider will primarily see patients from the Outreach team in a virtual capacity. Provider will be an integral part of SOP development for our program as well as staff training and education. Providers that have dedicated experience serving the LGBTQ community with HIV prevention would be a great fit for this role. We can train you on the hepatitis C component. A Day in the Life of a Cat Sitter
Cat Sitters visit cats in client's homes for drop in visits (30, 45, or 60 minutes) once or twice daily or for 10 hour overnight stays. Before your first sitting visit, you'll meet each client and their cat in person for a meet and greet in their home, winning them over with your warm smile, demeanor and professional approach. You'll go over the whole care routine, finding out where things are in the home, and discuss contingency plans for emergencies. At the sittings, you'll precisely follow the directions the client has given for the cat and home care, socialize with the cat, leave the home spotless, and delight the client by sending a daily visit update to them through our pet sitting phone app.

Resident Care & Support:

Schedule & Availability Requirements
This is a full-time position. Applicants must be available to work at least four (4) days per week, and availability must include at least one weekend day. Work Environment:
