Provides dementia care including adapted ADL's, meaningful engagement and communication to residents following a person centered individual service plan. 1+ year caregiving experience (facility or in-home)
18+ years old; High School Diploma or GED
Eligible to work in the U.S.
Valid driver's license, reliable vehicle, and auto insurance
Strong communication skills and attention to detail
Ability to pass background & CAPS checks
3 professional references
Negative TB test within 30 days of hire
