Qualifications and Training Requirements: A high school diploma or GED equivalent; successful completion in the DDCA training program. Must hold current DDCA certification in Oklahoma. Must have moderate reading, writing, grammar, and mathematics skills, as well as proficient interpersonal relations, effective communication skills, and work well in a team environment.
