Performs related duties as assigned for efficient Home Care Department operation. Ensures resident maintains a safe environment, keeping them exempt from avoidable accident, injury or infection. Attends all in-services and meetings as required, serves on committees as assigned. Keeps residents' home free of clutter, keeps transport vehicles clean and with fuel. Reports any vehicle maintenance needs to Home Care Supervisor. Monitors any change in residents' behavior or condition, reports such changes to HCM.
