Pay rate for this role is $72,500 - $135,000 annually (commensurate with experience and licensure)

Qualifications and abilities
Education: PhD or PsyD in Clinical Psychology OR Master's in Social Work

Strong skills in clinical assessment, trauma-informed care, and evidence-based interventions

General Duties include but are not limited to
Conduct behavioral health screenings and targeted interventions for patients referred by primary care providers
Collaborate with medical staff and care coordinators to support whole-person care
Develop comprehensive patient care plans
Deliver individual psychotherapy (in-person and telehealth)
Document accurately and timely in EMR systems

TRAVEL
Contractor may be required, when necessary, to accompany the employee in official travel in order to facilitate performance of his/her job. Travel related duties shall include duties as described in this PWS and may include the following tasks:

Special Requirements:
When applicable, the Personal Assistance Services provider shall have the necessary training, practicum, and experience to perform personal care needs such as catheter care (i.e., cleaning of the catheter area (external), its tubing, and emptying/changing drainage bag) and other non-medical PAS related tasks.
Ability to utilize a Hoyt lift, evacuation chairs, or other assistive devices, to safely transition IWTD to and from toilets, wheelchairs, scooters, vehicles, and exit buildings
Possession of a valid driver's license.
The Contractor and its representatives shall be trained in and comply with all Federal, State, Territorial and local environmental laws and regulations. In the event that the work is found non-compliant to all stated environmental laws and regulations, the contractor shall indemnify the U.S. government from any liability.
Contractor shall comply with Appendix I, II, III, IV.
Contractor is required to comply with Public Law 105-270, Section 5 (2) (A). This law states that contractors will not perform inherently governmental functions. Section 5(2)(A) of this Public Law defines the term “inherently governmental function” as “a function that is so intimately related to the public interest as to require performance by Federal Government employees.” Per Section 5(2) (B), inherently governmental functions include management of Government programs requiring value judgments, conduct of foreign relations, selection of program priorities, and the direction of intelligence and counter-intelligence operations. Per Section 5(2) (C), inherent governmental functions DO NOT include, (i) gathering information for or providing advice, opinions, recommendations, or ideas to Federal Government officials or (ii) any function that is primarily ministerial and internal in nature.”
The Contractor shall have experience with Department of Defense (DoD) directives, regulations, policies and procedures.
Security Requirements:
Secret clearance REQUIRED
Contractors must request for base access as soon as possible after receiving award to ensure that all employees base access request(s) are approved before the start of the contract's period of performance. The contractor shall provide the COR or TPOC a completed SECNAV 5512/1 (latest version) for each personnel working on the contract with their full name; Social Security number; date of birth, place of birth, and citizenship. The contractor shall coordinate with the COR to obtain a gate pass at Building 3455 Pass Office.
The contractor shall pass a background check and register with the Defense Biometric Identification System (DBIDS) to gain access to Pearl Harbor Naval Shipyard & Intermediate Maintenance Facility (PHNSY&IMF). Only those individuals with favorable investigations shall be utilized on this contract.
Contractor personnel shall be eligible for access to work areas located in the CIA and must obtain Green Shipyard Access Control Badges. Contractor personnel shall protect PHNSY & IMF information and abide by the security requirements of SECNAVINST 5510.36B.
Contractor personnel will also comply with the security requirements in Appendix III and Appendix IV. A violation of this paragraph shall be a material violation of this agreement.
In accordance with current Department of Defense and Homeland Security requirements, performance of all work under this contract is restricted to U.S. citizens and U.S. nationals only.
Should contractor personnel receive or suspect they have learned of classified information or controlled information beyond their need to know, the Contractor shall immediately report suspicions to the COR.

Know the Shelter/Tiny Homes agreement.
Know the bed count at any given time and the client assignment to each bed/unit.
Supervise nightly registration, providing accurate count for supervisor's use.
Maintain ongoing professional relationships with all interpersonal contacts. Mediate problems with site population.
Performs watches both inside and outside of the building.
Maintain all program materials.
Coordinate cleanup of facility both inside and outside as assigned.
Provide information and referral to social service programs as needed or refer to appropriate staff as needed.

Key Responsibilities
Greet and acknowledge guests upon arrival at the beach and pool deck.
Set up beach and pool club.

Assist in transporting members and guests within the club as needed, either dispatching or using shuttle carts. Follow safety procedures and club policies while driving shuttle and golf carts and ensure carts are ready and fit for use.
Ensure that only members and member's guests are within the club boundaries and using the OP equipment and pool amenities.
Maintain clean and orderly beach and pool area including cleaning of furniture, equipment, umbrellas, and cabanas.
Assist in cleaning and busing trash, debris, and food and beverage items from lounge, cabana, beach, pool deck, and surrounding areas.
Prepare beach and pool area for members and guests' arrival as scheduled. Prepare pre-reserved Cabanas as scheduled. Restock and prep amenities, towels, covers.
Close beach and pool area as scheduled.
Pick up, restock towels, and deliver soiled towels for laundry service. Minimize loss of towels.
Complete other beach and pool area tasks as assigned by leadership.
Skills & Qualifications:
Previous experience in the guest service industry
CPR certification is a positive
Certificates/qualifications preferred.
Experience in hospitality is preferred but not required-Ability to work flexible hours and on the weekends.
Additional Requirements
