Skill in applying supported employment practices by assisting individuals with disabilities to accurately carry out job duties. Skill in compiling and evaluating data from various sources to provide the appropriate personal assistance services and provide reports or briefings on the services provided. Physical Requirements: Must be able to physically perform the basic life operational functions of talking, hearing, standing, reaching, pushing, pulling, lifting and repetitive motions. Must be able to perform medium work and exert up to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and/or 20 pounds of force constantly to move objects Must possess the visual acuity to determine the accuracy, neatness and thoroughness of work assigned, and to complete records and reports. Special Requirements: When applicable, the Personal Assistance Services provider shall have the necessary training, practicum, and experience to perform personal care needs such as catheter care (i.e., cleaning of the catheter area (external), its tubing, and emptying/changing drainage bag) and other non-medical PAS related tasks. Ability to utilize a Hoyt lift, evacuation chairs, or other assistive devices, to safely transition IWTD to and from toilets, wheelchairs, scooters, vehicles, and exit buildings Possession of a valid driver's license. Only those individuals with favorable investigations shall be utilized on this contract. Contractor personnel shall be eligible for access to work areas located in the CIA and must obtain Green Shipyard Access Control Badges. Contractor personnel shall protect PHNSY & IMF information and abide by the security requirements of SECNAVINST 5510.36B. Contractor personnel will also comply with the security requirements in Appendix III and Appendix IV. A violation of this paragraph shall be a material violation of this agreement.
