This includes taking vital signs, obtaining lab specimens, assisting with activities of daily living, observing and charting patient information, and reporting appropriate information to supervisors. It may also include providing various outreach services to clients within the community. Education and Experience Level I - Education and Experience required at this level is none. Must possess valid Long-Term Care certification. Level II - Education and Experience required at this level consists of one year of experience in providing patient care. Must possess valid Long-Term Care certification. Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and Competencies Level - I - Knowledge, Skills and Abilities required at this level include knowledge of the English language in order to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.
