Properly administer the C-SSRS to help prevent suicide. Effectively use Therapeutic Crisis Intervention techniques for crisis prevention and/or intervention. QualificationsRequired ● Minimum 2-3 years of experience working with children in a school, before and after-school, summer camp, or ministry setting. ● At least 1 year of ministry experience, preferably children's ministry, youth ministry, or church-based programs. ● Demonstrated experience in summer camps, enrichment programs, or activity-based leadership. ● Strong classroom management, communication, and team collaboration skills. ● A teachable spirit, willingness to receive guidance, and desire to grow in ministry leadership. ● Ability to reflect and uphold Brave Christian Schools' values through conduct, service, and daily interactions. ● High school diploma or equivalent required; relevant coursework in Child Development or Education preferred. ● Current CPR/First Aid certification or willingness to obtain upon hire.
