QUALIFICATIONS
• A Bachelor’s degree in human services or related field preferred.
• A minimum of 1 year of prior experience working with homeless individuals or a combination of internship and work experience as related to homeless population and shelter work. Experience in Social Services or related field preferred
• Prior training and knowledge of substance abuse and mental health issues.
• Must understand and maintain professional boundaries and confidentiality.
• Demonstrated ability to work with a varied and occasionally difficult client population.
• Ability to work well as team with others.
• Must possess ability to complete daily program documents.
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills with attention to detail. Ability to communicate clearly and effectively.
