He uses some verbal speech, gestures, and a communication device to communicate. We live in Bridgeton and we have shifts available starting at 2:30 PM on weekdays. Afterschool shifts are 3 to 6 hours long depending on individual caregiver's availability. Some weekend shifts are also available. Caregivers can choose to work once a week or more.
