About the Position We are looking for a Residential Care Associate I to join our team at our Fieldstone RTH in Wilsonville, Oregon! The Residential Care Associate I will provide caring companionship and assistance with daily tasks to clients. They will provide personal care services and support that helps individuals develop appropriate daily living skills and independent activities of daily living to increase or maintain their level of functioning. The Residential Care Associate I will assist with meal preparation, clean-up, and food purchasing, while encouraging client participation. Under the guidance of a Registered Nurse, they will pass medications and perform delegated medical care as prescribed by the client's primary care provider. They will transport clients to and from the program as necessary to engage and provide treatment services. They will maintain compliance with established productivity standards for documentation of services. This position falls under the AFSCME bargaining unit. Wages, benefits, and working conditions are set in accordance with the collective bargaining agreement. Training Program With our MHACBO-accredited training program, you will earn CEUs towards applicable mental health certifications, while attending your required, paid training, and receiving qualified clinical supervision gaining on-the-job experience. Work Schedule: Thursday through Saturday, 6:30pm - 6:30am (Part Time, Night) Monday 9:00am - 7:30pm & Thursday through Saturday 10:30am - 9:00pm (Full Time, Swing) What You'll Make $20.60 - $21.86 per hour DOE/Credentials.
