Provide comprehensive pre- and post-procedure education and ensure patient comfort and satisfaction throughout the process. Maintain treatment room safety and sterility at all times. Stay current with industry trends, products, and best practices in aesthetics. Support the business through cross-selling and upselling of complementary services. Develop and monitor year-long treatment plans for clients and ensure timely follow-ups. Qualifications Active RN, NP, or PA license in the state of Virginia.
