  • Head of Provider Growth

    Develop Health Inc.

Personal care assistant job in Menlo Park, CA

Develop Health is on a mission to use AI to radically accelerate access to life‑saving medications. By automating complex, manual healthcare processes-like benefit verification and prior authorization-we've grown from $0 to >$10M in annual recurring revenue in less than 2 years, and currently help more than 400,000 new patients every month. We're partnering with some of the largest pharmacy benefit managers and payers in the nation, revolutionizing how healthcare interactions occur by eliminating human delays and inefficiencies. Our small, elite team of founders and engineers have previously launched and exited successful healthcare startups including Rupa Health and Canvas Medical. We are now scaling rapidly following a major funding round. About the Role We're looking for a builder - someone who wants to take a messy zero-to-one commercial motion and turn it into something that works, fast. As our first Head of Provider Growth, you'll own provider adoption end-to-end: testing channels, refining targeting, knocking on clinic doors with our first reps, and scaling the system once we know it works. This role is perfect for someone who has built growth engines before (in startups, agencies, or their own companies), loves rapid experimentation, and wants to have massive impact in a short amount of time. If you're energized by figuring things out, learning new markets quickly, and driving toward a real number, you'll thrive here. What You'll Do - Impact in Your First 3-6 Months Own the growth target. Build and execute a plan to reach meaningful PA volume across provider settings. Run fast experiments. Test messages, channels, outreach methods, and install flows to identify what moves the needle fastest. Get your hands dirty. Shadow field reps, visit clinics, talk to staff, learn the real workflows, and refine our pitch based on firsthand insight. Target smarter. Partner with our Head of Strat/FinOps to map specialties, geos, and practice types with the highest PA density and frictionless install paths. Create momentum. Build a simple but effective engine: outbound sequences, enrichment, list building, mini‑landing pages, CRM flows, funnel dashboards. Produce early proof points. Deliver data that shows what works, what doesn't, and where we should double down. What You'll Own - Once the Motion Works Scale the playbook. Turn early wins into a repeatable, efficient GTM system. Build the team. Hire the team you need to support and scale the motion you prove. Optimize for leverage. Use automation, lightweight tools, and creative channel tactics to keep CAC low and velocity high. Partner deeply with Product + Life Sciences. Share real‑world workflow insights that shape product decisions and help funder‑facing teams land partnerships. Who You Are You've built zero-to-one growth engines before - maybe at a startup, maybe at your own company, maybe as the first GTM hire somewhere. You're comfortable doing the hands‑on work: outreach, targeting, data pulls, experiments, dashboards, even jumping into a clinic visit. You love learning new markets fast and figuring out “where the volume is.” You'd rather launch something messy tomorrow than plan something perfect for next month. You bias toward velocity, iteration, and ownership. You're energized by the idea of owning a number and building the system that achieves it. What You'll Bring on Day 1 5+ years in growth, GTM, marketing, market development, sales ops, or similar roles with real execution responsibility. Demonstrated success running experiments, building acquisition channels, and scaling what works. Comfort jumping between strategy and hands‑on execution - sometimes in the same hour. Strong analytical instincts: segmentation, funnel analysis, basic sheets, experiment testing frameworks. Ability to self‑start: you don't wait for perfect context, you create clarity through action. Bonus Points You've built growth loops in scrappy environments with limited resources. Experience with healthcare workflows or EHR ecosystems (not required - we'll teach you). You've been the “first GTM hire” or grown something from zero to one. You enjoy hacking together tools + lightweight automation to scale your impact. #J-18808-Ljbffr

  • Personal Assistant

    Scruffy

Personal care assistant job in San Francisco, CA

Semi-part time assistant needed for startup-like venture. I require a competent and highly organized individual with exceptional foresight and a high stress tolerance. I am a demanding individual, with a low tolerance for explaining myself much more than once. My job ranges from dealing with large and small technology companies, to Hollywood producers and actors, to everything in-between. I am a difficult personality to describe, with a large number of interests and businesses. I actively maintain a video production company, which creates "viral video" for startups. I have a business, with several employees, in the networking space. I work on feature films. I have several podcasts. I am perpetually busy, always interesting and always pushing myself to streamline my work and personal lives. Think "Steve Jobs meets David Fincher" and you are in the ballpark of my personality. If you haven't been frightened away yet. You must be willing and able to: - Respond quickly and smartly, based on my brand and personality - Handle a situation without much hand-holding (soon after starting) - Spend hours on the phone with people who will sometimes bore or irritate you to death - Spend minutes on the phone with awesome people who you will love dealing with - Do anything (within reason) to handle/fix/correct a situation - Do anything (within reason) which needs to be done for the business You must be able to do the following boring things: - Coordinating meetings, flights, hotels (infrequently) - Manage all incoming and outgoing communication (e-mails, letters, etc) - Work with suppliers for branding (business cards, stickers, etc.) - Scan and maintain documents (stored on Dropbox) - Read and write in Apple Pages (no Word users, unless you are willing to learn Pages) - Use Google Docs - Read technical information and synthesize it (camera specifications, etc.) I'll also ask you to: - Book lunches - Have lunch - Brainstorm and be able to write on a whiteboard - Answer phones - Call people, for seemingly no reason, to see how they are doing - Watch videos/movies/etc. a million times and give me your opinion on them - Serve as a personal driver/valet/messenger/whatever needs to be done - Make/order/prepare/summon/materialize food when needed - Hold a camera The important Stuff You get a shared desk at a downtown location as part of your compensation (South Park or Union Square). If you have other interests and are trying to build your own business on the side, this could be a great fit. In other words, I *want* you to be talented, smart and motivated and desire your own business or future. If you become a success in two years, I will both be proud and feel like I hired the right person. If you've read this far, great. Prove you know your way around technology, as I need you to, and send me a link to a video of you -- shot on a Mac or handheld camera -- telling me why you'd be awesome for this position. Yes, it's an odd request, but the position isn't traditional and requires you to be able to figure things like this out anyway... so, there you go. Do not attach the video to an e-mail. Do not send me your resume without the video. If you need a place to put a video, Dropbox is free and you can share the folder. I've said enough.
