Strong customer service mindset with the ability to manage multiple client accounts. Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage competing priorities in a high-volume environment. Experience coordinating teams/resources (scheduling, dispatching, staffing, workflow management). Strong communication skills (phone, email, video conferencing) with professional presence.
