The family is seeking someone with excellent references and a strong background in child development, particularly in the baby and toddler stages. Candidates who have prior experience living in high altitudes, and who are physically fit to keep up with two kids under 1 is paramount. Discretion is of utmost importance to them, must be wiling to sign and abide by strict NDA.
Their ideal nanny brings warmth, positivity, and stamina, while also being creative and intentional in fostering early milestones and developmental growth. The family values a calm and nurturing presence paired with an active, engaging approach; someone who enjoys outdoor play, is comfortable in snowy mountain conditions, and can bring fresh ideas for play, learning, and exploration. Both dads work from home and are hands-on, so they are looking for a collaborative partner who values open communication and is excited to be part of their parenting journey for years to come.
A private, fully furnished apartment within walking distance of the family's home is provided. Aspen's free and reliable public transportation system makes it easy to get around, but would recommend that you also maintain a personal vehicle. The schedule will average 50 hours per week, Monday through Friday, with half days on Saturday (morning to early afternoon). Occasional overnights may be requested, and the family loves to spend up to a month in Florida or Washington State in the spring or fall, with the option for the nanny to travel with them or coordinate that time as vacation.

Auto-ApplyPart Time Nanny Preschool Boy Paradise Valley
Remote personal nanny job
This go-getter is too big to be a toddler and not quite ready for preschool, he's an active, curious 2 1/2 year old who needs your help to get these done:
1. Play with trucks.
2. Potty train.
3. Play with trains.
4. Practice learning shapes.
5. Play in pool (with floaties).
While these aren't the only things that you'll be responsible for, these are important in this boy's world. Be sure to bring your energy and creativity to keep him engaged while keeping him safe. You know how detrimental watching too much passive video watching can be at this age so try to keep him away from electronics and instead engage him with sensory play.
Occasionally you'll also have the company of his older 4-year old sister who is mostly busy with her own life but can add a little variety to activities.
A nice little park and playground is within walking distance so generally there's little driving required. However, if there is a need to drive, the family car may be available to you.
You'll work with the parents (who usually work from home) to help organize and make progress for this fast-developing young boy. The family has a schedule already for you to step in a take ownership, although through your observational skill and resourcefulness, it can be adjusted as needed.
The best part of working with kids is that for a few hours a day you can leave the grown-up realm behind and help make kids' world expand. You can certainly do that with this family. We also want to see healthy strong kids so we'd like you to live a healthy lifestyle and follow recommended Covid prevention strategies.
Preferred schedule is 4 or 5 weekdays, from about 8am to about 3pm about 30 to 35 hours a week. If your schedule doesn't quite match, they are willing to be flexible to meet your availability.
Employment is through College Nannies + Sitters, North Scottsdale. Plus, we have opportunities to work with other families for additional hours each week. We only provide care for HEALTHY FAMILIES AND IF YOU ARE COVID SYMPTOM FREE. Everyone we hire is careful, so WE HAVE NEVER had a case of COVID transmitted between family and nanny.
After phone screen and references checked, the first interview is virtual. Onboarding orientation is in-person.
Location: Shea Blvd and 132nd St, Scottsdale 85259
Schedule: Four or five days a week, 8am to about 3pm (flexible hours).
Start: OCT 4th
Pay: $17.00/hr. We are a legal W2 employer.
For you:
Coaching, guidance, and supportive, responsive management
Reliable Direct Deposit pay
Paid sick days
Situational Awareness Training for your safety and the family
Chance to develop solid relationships and references
Qualifications:
Access to safe, reliable transportation and a good driving record.
Active mindset and strong enough to interact and lead.
At least 2 non-family references (including babysitting) related to working with children, paid or unpaid, add to your application under “Summarize your childcare/role modeling experience”
Ability to pass extensive background check.
About Us: Glassdoor Ranked “Best Places to Work- 2020”
We aim for professional development and personal growth in you, the family and within our company. The people we hire have a broad set of personal skills (you don't have to be a college student!) who are ready to tackle the most common childcare and academic problems and make an impact on everyone we meet. Our nannies and tutors are enabled to focus on their work with one student or family and bring a personalized solution to each case, making lives easier and better, one child at a time.

Remote personal nanny job
A family in Armonk, NY is seeking a live-out, full-time, wonderful career nanny for their 4-year-old son. They are expecting a baby in December but they will have a Newborn Care Specialist for the first few months. Additionally, the child is in school Monday through Friday in the mornings and then has afternoon appointments the nanny will take him to/from. When the child is in school the care will mainly focus on the baby next year. The schedule is Monday through Friday 8am-4pm but they can offer additional hours if needed. Both parents work from home and are hands-on and can help with the children as well (I.E., if the nanny needs to take the 4-year-old out and it's more helpful to leave the baby at home with the parents). The role starts as soon as possible.
Responsibilities
Driving the 4-year-old to/from Pre-K and appointments weekly (there will be a car available for the nanny to use while working). The school and appointments are all very close, less than 15-20 miles from the home

Tidying up the children's toys
Tidying up the living room, common spaces, kitchen, etc., as able and needed throughout the day (note: they have a housekeeper, so this role doesn't involve deep cleaning)

There may be some meal/snack prep for the children
There is 1 chihuahua/terrier mix dog in the home and the family would appreciate if the nanny would be open to walking him daily
Swimming with the toddler; the family has a pool on property so someone enthusiastic about swimming is needed for this role
Qualifications
The ideal nanny would like staying home and overseeing activities at the home; whether it be arts and crafts, water table, playing on the swing set, or playing in the basement full of toys. They'd rather the nanny not go out daily to museums and different places, but the local park or local library is fine
Requirements
