Our Fortune 500 clientele expects you to be part of the "best team on the field" solutions to their property condition questions. Each junior engineer will conduct asset surveys in existing buildings, write property condition and energy assessment reports, and support architectural and MEP staff across the nation with direct accountability for project delivery.
In the early months of this job the successful candidate will conduct mentored site visits focused on asset data collection to bring each new team member up to speed rapidly. This work is delivered via iOS app-based survey tools which not only collect equipment model and serial number, but drills down into ratings of equipment condition, criticality, and categorization into a naming hierarchy. Candidates with prior survey or app-based tool experience preferred.
Our projects revolve around delivering considered data to demanding clients in a timely manner. Project management responsibilities will include self-scheduling, coordinating, and executing site visits throughout the US followed by research to confirm site observations, and finally reporting to communicate findings. Each team member is expected to manage multiple projects simultaneously (ideally 2-3 at a time) and communicate proactively with leadership if delivery timeline is in jeopardy.
A Mechanical/ Electrical Project Manager is responsible for providing technical review of existing facilities for owners, lenders, buyers, and investors to provide information required to make an informed decision concerning the physical condition of properties and the cost associated with those conditions.
Property Condition Assessments (PCAs) are prepared for industrial, warehouse, retail facilities, multi-family residential complexes, medical facilities, hospitality properties, institutional and high-rise buildings.
The successful candidate will be personable, an effective communicator and team player. Additionally, they will have a strong work ethic, and a good sense of humor to help them navigate the challenges surrounding a project while keeping morale high. Finally, the goal of this position is for the team member to support in delivery of client services and play a proactive role in optimization of our survey and reporting software through coding and low-code / no-code updates that increase our team's effectiveness and efficiency. This position will require frequent day and overnight travel - up to 75% and is fully remote (if candidate is within 30 minutes of a major airport).
**What you will do:**
+ Conducts walk-through surveys (from 1 hour to multiple days) to assess condition of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems. (This may require climbing two-story ladders or going up in a lift)
+ Interviews property owners, occupants, key site personnel and local government officials to obtain information concerning the subject property's condition.
+ Reviews repair/improvement cost information, certificate(s) of occupancy, maintenance reports and logs, Building and Fire Department inspection reports, and similar information to determine the condition of the building.
+ Documents the condition and physical deficiencies of a property by taking representative and detailed photographs of a properties' site and building systems
+ Prepares complex Property Condition Reports (PCR) to include cost estimates to remedy building deficiencies
+ Prepares estimated costs to remedy building deficiencies in an immediate time and capital reserve time period (5 to 50 years)
+ Provides formal technical guidance in areas of expertise.
+ Software programming experience is a major plus!
+ Energy audit experience, Certified Energy Manager (CEM), and LEED accreditation a plus.
+ Ability to adaptively solve problems in high-pressure situations. Requires strong analytical and quantitative skills.
+ Advanced skills with Microsoft Office Suite Products (Teams, Excel, Word, Power Point, Outlook, etc.)

Provide overall SA/OSA subject matter expertise to the Information System Security and Authorization (SA) program.

**Position Summary**
The Assessment Process Specialist III manages technological aspects of Test Development and Production processes for an assigned program or programs, and coordinates implementation of new systems and capabilities for a major program or program(s) with guidance from a senior manager.
The Assessment Process Specialist III may serve as a corporate and/or division expert in testing, specifically in the logistics of developing assessment instruments, practical measurement and test design.
The Assessment Specialist III acts independently to provide leadership and support test development work for complex testing programs and projects. The incumbent has full knowledge of all phases of the test creation process and may perform a lead external role. **Responsibilities**

Position Summary:
The Cybersecurity Technical Assessor is responsible for conducting in-depth technical assessments of client environments to identify cybersecurity risks, vulnerabilities, and areas for improvement. This role involves evaluating system configurations, network architecture, cloud deployments, and security controls against industry standards and best practices such as NIST CSF, CIS Controls, and ISO 27001. The assessor will produce clear, actionable reports and provide guidance to clients on improving their security posture.
This position is based in Texas and requires 60% travel across the state.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform hands-on cybersecurity assessments for election infrastructure at counties, cities, and states.
Evaluate the effectiveness of technical controls related to identity and access management, endpoint protection, patch management, secure configuration, network segmentation, data protection, and incident response.
Assess compliance against cybersecurity frameworks and standards (e.g., NIST CSF, CIS Controls, CMMC, HIPAA, CJIS, etc.).
Conduct interviews with client personnel and review documentation to understand policies, procedures, and control implementation.
Prepare detailed assessment reports, including risk findings, maturity ratings, and prioritized recommendations.
Present findings and recommendations to client stakeholders, both technical and executive.
Support the development and continual improvement of assessment methodologies, tools, and templates.
Collaborate with other consultants, engineers, and project managers to deliver high-quality services.
Stay current with emerging threats, technologies, and cybersecurity trends.
Qualifications:
Required:
Understanding of security controls in IT environments, including operating systems, network infrastructure, cloud services, and identity systems.
Familiarity with frameworks such as NIST CSF, CIS Controls, ISO 27001, or CMMC.
Ability to review and assess technical configurations and documentation, such as firewall rules, GPOs, system hardening baselines, or logging setups.
Strong written communication skills and the ability to deliver client-ready reports. Ability to explain technical findings in plain language for non-technical audiences.
Experience working with clients in a consulting capacity and manage multiple client engagements simultaneously
Preferred:
One or more relevant certifications such as security+ or other.
Understanding of Microsoft 365 and Azure.
Exposure to security tools such as vulnerability scanners, SIEMs, EDR platforms, or configuration analyzers.
Experience supporting public sector clients or regulated industries.
New Hire Expectations:

Training through consumption of written and video materials
Training via shadowing of experienced assessors
Review of excel workbooks used to capture and develop assessment documentation.
Review of completed assessment reports
Within 60 days:
Lead assessments with experienced assessor as a shadow
Work with Excel workbooks to capture assessment information and generate assessment reports
Review of and demonstrate knowledge of NIST CSF 2.0
Training of technical engineering for assessment
Establish consistent rapport with assessment team to continue to expand knowledge
By 90 days:
Perform very small or small assessments on own
Develop assessment report to completion for peer review
Perform peer review of assessment reports for other team personnel

Essential Functions:
Evaluates current client and family functioning and explain the mental health services of OhioGuidestone and engage family, youth, and other pertinent agencies.
Completes mental health diagnostic assessments and formulates a diagnosis according to the DSM-5 criteria.
Maintains current knowledge of DSM-5 diagnoses and recommends treatment options and level of care.
Performs related administrative responsibilities; reviews and completes related reports, records, and other documents within the required timeframe; responds to emails, texts, and phone calls within a 24-hour period; attends various trainings and meetings; communicates with other agencies, departments, and vendors regarding required paperwork, contract compliance and consults with other county agencies and/or supportive services as necessary.
Obtains documents, information, and signatures from parents and clients that are necessary to complete assessments and evaluations.
Summarizes the major treatment issues and expected outcomes and recommends case disposition to OhioGuidestone programs.
Meets with clients virtually, at all OhioGuidestone locations, or travels to client's homes to complete assessments.
Maintains minimal productivity level and the confidentiality of client or collateral interaction within Agency defined standards.
Provides a minimum of three available times weekly for diagnostic evaluation appointments.
Maintains regular and reliable attendance.
May be involved in the planning, organization, and implementation of special events or department-specific projects, or seasonal program changes.

Performance/Physical Requirements:

Works flexible hours, which can include days, evenings, and weekends, as desired to meet the needs of clients and the OhioGuidestone.

Qualifications:

ACE Wellness Center is seeking Mental Health Diagnostic Assessors to be the first point of contact for our clients. Assessors work on an as needed basis providing diagnostic evaluations for 10-15 hours per week. Hours worked are flexible and set by you! We are currently looking for assessors who are open to covering Cuyahoga and Lorain county. The Mental Health Assessor will complete diagnostic evaluations and paperwork within 48 hours, complete psychosocial history, and mental health assessment to obtain a mental health diagnosis. Qualified candidates will have an LSW, LPC, or MFT, however, an independent license is preferred. Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply!
Essential Functions:
