Job Description SUMMARY: Cards and electronic payments are a critical component of WesBanco's banking services. The Card Services Manager will be responsible for setting and managing the revenue and cost strategy for the card division, while maintaining vendor relationships and evaluating and setting the long-term strategy for vendors and technology in this space. This role combines the oversight of customer and card related functions with a focus on the customer experience. The Card Services Manager will oversee multiple teams that engage and interact directly with internal and external customers while supporting card related services. SUPERVISOR RESPONSIBILITIES: Manages the overall direction, coordination and evaluation of the office to include staff scheduling and planning, assigning and directing work. Responsible for evaluating performance, rewarding and disciplining employees, addressing complaints and resolving problems.
