Job Summary: The Personal Trainer is responsible for working one-on-one with clients to create customized fitness programs tailored to their individual goals. Personal Trainers guide, motivate, and monitor clients' performance, ensuring proper exercise techniques and a safe, effective workout experience. Key Responsibilities: Maintain a client base by meeting or exceeding personal training sales goals as set by the facility manager. Deliver personalized training sessions that meet the client's goals and fitness level. Ensure clients use equipment correctly and perform exercises with proper form to prevent injury. Strong communication skills: Effectively communicate verbally, in writing, and technically. Knowledgeable in nutrition: Possess a basic understanding of nutrition and healthy living practices. Fitness expertise: Familiarity with a variety of exercise equipment and personal training methods.
