Coach / Trainer Boutique Coaching Team
This is not a floor-watching gym job.
We are a coaching-first fitness business that knows our members, connects with them, and takes responsibility for real outcomes physically, mentally, and emotionally.
Our coaches dont just run workouts.
They build relationships, hold standards, and become part of a tight-knit community.
If that excites you, keep reading.
Who We Are
We operate like a boutique inside a bigger brand.
We know our clients by name
We talk to them, not at them
We celebrate wins together
We host community events (yes things like No-Shower Happy Hours)
We believe fitness should feel human, not transactional
Our team is close, communicative, and aligned.
We work hard, we laugh a lot, and we take pride in what we build together.
Who This Role Is For
This role is for someone who:
Wants to coach people, not just train bodies
Enjoys conversation, connection, and accountability
Is comfortable being part of a team, not operating solo
Can follow systems and standards even when its uncomfortable
Takes pride in showing up prepared and present
You dont need to be perfect.
You do need to care.
What the Role Actually Requires
Coaching sessions and classes with professionalism and energy
Talking with members before and after workouts
Helping people stay consistent, not just motivated
Following proven systems for booking, retention, and coaching
Communicating clearly with teammates and leadership
This is a real role with real expectations not a casual side gig.
What We Offer
Performance-based pay with strong earning potential
Flexible scheduling within a structured system
Earned paid time off
Paid training and ongoing mentorship
Clear paths for growth and leadership
A steady flow of members no solo marketing grind
Most importantly:
Youll be part of a team where people actually know each other and care.
This Might Not Be a Fit If
You only want to run workouts and leave
You avoid conversations with members
You dislike structure or accountability
Youre looking for something casual or uncommitted
We respect honesty on both sides.
If This Resonates
If youre looking for a place where:
Standards matter
People matter
Community is real
And the work actually means something
Wed love to talk.
