RESPONSIBILITIES
The Certified Personal Trainer will be responsible for providing one-on-one and couples personalized fitness instruction in person to clients at their home, apartment gym or outside while encouraging them to reach their fitness goals. Responsibilities are as follows:
Customize client workout programs developed from the Initial Assessment
Utilize the Svetness Fitness App for all client sessions, including programming & session notes
Demonstrate each exercise and ensure client is performing correctly with or without modifications
Conduct client Reassessments every 4-6 weeks
Maintain client session appointments through Svetness scheduling software
Able to provide a flexible schedule to accommodate client appointments
Able to commute to and from client sessions up to 45 minutes
QUALIFICATIONS
Certified Personal Trainer: Accredited by NCCA, DEAC, or NBFE.
CPR/AED Certification: Ensure clients' safety with up-to-date CPR/AED training.
Education and experience: High school diploma or GED equivalent and 1-3 years of personal training experience.
Strong communication skills: Effectively communicate verbally, in writing, and technically.
Knowledgeable in nutrition: Possess a basic understanding of nutrition and healthy living practices.
Fitness expertise: Familiarity with a variety of exercise equipment and personal training methods.
Physical ability: Capable of lifting, pushing, pulling up to 50 lbs. and performing athletic calisthenics duties.
Requirements for this position include the possession of personal basic training equipment to effectively assist clients in achieving their goals. It is important to note that clients may not always have access to the necessary equipment.

This training provides graduates with the education and skills they need to pass the state exam and start a rewarding career as a Registered Nursing Assistant (NAR) with GRH. Selected applicants will interview with Human Resources and the Nursing Assistant Supervisor. This stipend represents time spent completing online learning modules, hands-on skills learning, and practical training. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
At least 2 years of appropriate coaching/teaching sport programs for athletes of various aptitudes
Ability to adapt coaching techniques to different skill levels of all age groups
Model good behavior for campers as it relates to sportsmanship, manners, and respectfulness
Neat in appearance and professional in manner
Must have excellent interpersonal, problem solving and communication skills
Must be a team player
Must have excellent leadership and motivational skills
Must be detail-oriented and have outstanding organizational skills
Must be willing to work a flexible schedule, predominately after-school and weekends
Ability to maintain focus in a high-volume, fast paced environment
Must possess current CPR/FIRST AID certifications, or willingness to obtain within a specified period
Must be at least 18 years of age
Passion for sports and athlete development
WORKING CONDITIONS AND PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

About the RoleAre you an energetic and motivational fitness leader who loves helping others feel their best? We're looking for a passionate, high-vibe Group Fitness Instructor to lead our unique SPENGA workout - a 60-minute blend of Spin, Strength, and Yoga - for up to 26 participants per session.
You'll help members of all fitness levels grow stronger and more confident through personalized coaching and inspiring group energy. If you're someone who thrives in a team environment, has the ability to teach early morning, evening and/or weekend classes, and is excited to lead high-impact classes with heart and hustle, this is the role for you.
What You'll Do
Lead fun, results-driven group sessions combining spin, strength training, and yoga.
Create a welcoming and engaging experience for every member, every time.
Provide form corrections, modifications, and encouragement to keep members safe and motivated.
Promote studio culture, community, and SPENGA's mission inside and outside the studio.
Complete the SPENGA Instructor Certification Program, including virtual coursework and in-studio training for Spin, Strength, and Yoga.
We're Looking For
Someone with experience teaching or participating in group fitness (Spin, Strength, Yoga preferred but not required).
A positive, energetic personality with strong communication skills.
Comfortable commanding a room and keeping energy high for groups of up to 26.
Someone who's coachable, adaptable, and eager to learn.
Certified in personal training or group fitness (Spin/Yoga certs a plus).
A commitment to teaching at least one early morning shift per week (5:00 AM & 6:30 AM).
Bonus: Previous customer service or sales experience is a plus!
Teach as many or as few classes per week as you'd like!
Compensation: $30.00 - $55.00 per hour
