Communicate with and meet daily with the Franchisee & management team prior to weekly staff meetings to collaborate on agendas and discussion topics. Submit payroll bi-monthly to Franchisee for approval and then to payroll company for the 10th and the 22nd payroll periods. Production for the 16th-end of the month for the previous month is paid on the 10th and production for the 1st-15th of the current month is paid on the 22nd. Once approved by franchisee, report payroll information to payroll processor. Business Development: Ensure that minimum requirements for prospecting are met monthly. This includes at minimum, 30 names and numbers turned in and 5 guest passes returned to the studio with employee initials on back of guest pass from each employee. Monitor, track and analyze daily, weekly and monthly lead flow from online/social media advertising and communicate regularly with franchisee and ad agency to ensure consistent results and optimal cost per lead figures. Work with staff to ensure daily and weekly organic posts are set up to encourage and increase engagement on all social platforms, especially Facebook & Instagram. Communicate with franchisees and ad agency on changes in social media lead quality or feedback to make changes to ads and campaigns as needed. Formally meet with franchise owner and ad agency regularly to monitor and communicate clearly regarding return on ad budget/spend as well as cost per lead metrics. Ensure Daily Duties Checklist is completed daily. Submit required close of business reports to franchisee nightly including full analysis by GM of the daily production and a brief email to franchisee at the end of the staffed hours every day M-F. This brief email should provide a brief summary of the day and why the studio accomplished the daily goals or why daily goals were not met and what the plan is for the next day. For weekend production, GM must provide the analysis emailed report on Monday morning first thing.     SCOPE OF ROLE: The Wellness Coach will assist agency consumers with accessing needed community services (medical, psychological, substance abuse, vocational, food, clothing, etc.) through the development of a referral network, referral and follow up. ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: · Provide case management to assigned caseload · Develop and monitor individual service plans in conjunction with agency consumers · Assist agency consumers with problem solving and crisis intervention · Accompany agency consumers on medical, psychiatric, and public benefit appointments, as necessary · Act as advocate for consumer as appropriate; encourage and support self-advocacy · Identification of any problems in daily living skills; hands on assistance and/or referral in addressing problems in daily living skills · Support Facilities Management staff in ensuring maintenance of apartment standards as outlined by S:US, OASAS and other diverse funders · Supportive counseling to agency consumers as needed · Regular home visits and hospital visits, as necessary · Maintenance of a strong working relationship with all therapeutic support services to ensure the best quality of care · Documentation of all services in compliance with agency standards · Assist with moves with consumers and staff; also include lifting, packing and cleaning · Work as a member of the social service team in the development of off-site recreation, socialization, educational and skill building activities with a view towards community inclusion and integration · Liaison to community-based services and groups including civic, social service government, and business organizations · Participate in ongoing individual and group supervision, team meetings, case conferences, division meetings and trainings · Adhere to on call cell phone system to facilitate crisis intervention, emergencies and other situations that require immediate action · Other duties as assigned Qualifications REQUIREMENTS REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE · Bachelor's degree in Social Work or a related human service degree with two years' experience working with the people served and/or providing case management · 2 years' experience working with individuals with mental illness, substance use issues and/or a history of homelessness or 2 years' experience working in the human services field required · Experience in group work, tenant organization, case management, referral, and/or community outreach strongly preferred · Experience or training in peer counseling or advocacy preferred · Working knowledge of various computer programs including e-mail, Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Windows Operating System PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS · Bilingual English/Spanish speaking preferred Company Overview S:US is an affirmative action and equal opportunity employer.
