RESPONSIBILITIES
Coaching and motivating members of the studio while leading them through predetermined workouts
Conduct in person, goal-oriented consultations with all trial members
Have the knowledge and ability to correct exercise form to prevent injuries
Promote and sell only F45 services in studio, assist in membership growth and retention
Light administrative responsibilities
Demonstrate and complete every exercise in the workouts with perfect form
Able to give regressions and progressions for all exercises
Set up, break down, clean and store away equipment around studio floor before and/ or after classes
QUALIFICATIONS
Preferably with experience working, or training, in an F45 environment.
Must have group training experience (or show us you can be great at it)
1-year minimum experience as a personal fitness trainer
Plenty of hours on offer - must be available on weekends
Character, care, and communication skills
Energetic and attentive
Must understand functional movement, HIIT, and heart rate focused training programs and the science that supports the F45 workouts
Excellent communication and customer service skills. Must be clear, comfortable with public speaking
Demonstrate knowledge and usage of social media such as Instagram and Facebook
Required to be on their feet and constantly moving while leading and instructing members for the entirety of the workout
CERTIFICATIONS
Current fitness certification - certifications: NSA, ACE, ACSM, PTA Global, NASM, AFAA, ISAA
Must hold and maintain a current CPR/First Aid/AED certification
Must be group training certified
Compensation: $25.00 - $55.00 per hour

RESPONSIBILITIES
The Certified Personal Trainer will be responsible for providing one-on-one and couples personalized fitness instruction in person to clients at their home, apartment gym or outside while encouraging them to reach their fitness goals. Responsibilities are as follows:
Customize client workout programs developed from the Initial Assessment
Utilize the Svetness Fitness App for all client sessions, including programming & session notes
Demonstrate each exercise and ensure client is performing correctly with or without modifications
Conduct client Reassessments every 4-6 weeks
Maintain client session appointments through Svetness scheduling software
Able to provide a flexible schedule to accommodate client appointments
Able to commute to and from client sessions up to 45 minutes
QUALIFICATIONS
Certified Personal Trainer: Accredited by NCCA, DEAC, or NBFE.
CPR/AED Certification: Ensure clients' safety with up-to-date CPR/AED training.
Education and experience: High school diploma or GED equivalent and 1-3 years of personal training experience.
Strong communication skills: Effectively communicate verbally, in writing, and technically.
Knowledgeable in nutrition: Possess a basic understanding of nutrition and healthy living practices.
Fitness expertise: Familiarity with a variety of exercise equipment and personal training methods.
Physical ability: Capable of lifting, pushing, pulling up to 50 lbs. and performing athletic calisthenics duties.

What You'll Be Doing
Manage many of the daily administrative functions related to maintaining and developing the Spooner personal training program.
Develop in-depth knowledge of Spooner Physical Therapy products and services outside the scope of the personal training for optimal delivery and presentation of information to both internal and external sources for credibility and marketing potential.
Consistently attain knowledge of new exercises, techniques, research, and customization of exercise routines for optimal patient/client outcomes and staff education and implements testing for measurement of results as applicable.
Implement appropriate safeguards and risk management strategies during training sessions, maintaining secure and safe treatment areas and a working environment free of hazardous conditions in accordance to SPTs Safety and Illness and Injury Prevention Program.

Instruct and demonstrate to members on the proper use of equipment and exercise techniques which may include operating equipment and dynamically moving weight up to 50 pounds
Adjust and operate all EMS and Fitness Equipment to BODY20 standards
Attend all Fitness Coach related meetings/Trainings
Qualifications
Current nationally recognized Personal Training certification (preferred)
CPR/AED certification (preferred)
1-3 yrs of previous Personal Training experience (preferred)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Possess honesty and personal integrity
Possess passion, ambition, drive, and knowledge regarding the fitness industry
Excel in time management, organizational and follow-up skills
Reliable, professional, computer literate, energetic, and friendly
Essential Physical Requirements
Must be able to perform all essential physical aspects of the position which may include standing, sitting, running, walking, jumping, squatting, bending, and reaching. As well as pushing, pulling and lifting up to 50 lbs. at a time
