There is a need for instructors who have experience in any and all of the following genres - HIIT based classes, Strength, BOSU, Kickboxing, Core, Cardio, Zumba, TRX, Yoga and Pilates.
The Group Fitness Instructor will lead members, in a group environment, through a pre-designed Crunch Branded formats designed to enhance overall fitness, strength and endurance, while ensuring that the safety of the members is not compromised. The Group Exercise Instructor will also serve as a resource to educate members on various aspects of fitness.
Requirements:

You are able to safely facilitate in-person exercise sessions and provide exercise technique demonstrations, safely spot all exercises, and ensure overall scene safety during client sessions.
You can efficiently utilize public and/or private transportation as well as public or private ingress/egress to meet clients at their homes, residential building gyms, outdoor city parks, independently owned fitness studios, or the company's private facility, if applicable.
Have availability to complete a minimum of 16 sessions per week for full-time, or 8 sessions per week, part-time, including the hours of 6am-10am and/or 5pm-8pm Monday through Friday
Lifting requirements: be able to safely hand a client a 50 lbs free weight, or take it from them.

At Flash Fitness, trainers focus on coaching, not selling. Our Fitness Manager and Fitness Advisors handle new client sales and onboarding, allowing trainers to focus on delivering great sessions. Job Overview
Flash Fitness PersonalTrainers deliver high quality one on one Personal Training, providing structured and results driven coaching in a high energy environment. Trainers who are interested may also participate in Small Group Training as an added coaching and income opportunity.
Responsibilities
• Coach one on one Personal Training sessions using safe and effective exercise techniques
• Design and deliver customized, goal based fitness programs
• Motivate and hold clients accountable through goal setting and follow up
• Maintain a professional and welcoming presence on the training floor
• Uphold Flash Fitness standards for safety, service, and member experience
• Optional opportunity to coach Small Group Training sessions
Qualifications
• Passion for helping others improve their health and fitness
• Strong understanding of exercise technique and program design
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to build rapport and retain clients
• Interest in Small Group Training is a plus, but not required
Certifications Required
• CPR and AED Certification
• Approved Personal Training Certification or Exercise Science Degree
