RESPONSIBILITIES
The Certified Personal Trainer will be responsible for providing one-on-one and couples personalized fitness instruction in person to clients at their home, apartment gym or outside while encouraging them to reach their fitness goals. Responsibilities are as follows:
Customize client workout programs developed from the Initial Assessment
Utilize the Svetness Fitness App for all client sessions, including programming & session notes
Demonstrate each exercise and ensure client is performing correctly with or without modifications
Conduct client Reassessments every 4-6 weeks
Maintain client session appointments through Svetness scheduling software
Able to provide a flexible schedule to accommodate client appointments
Able to commute to and from client sessions up to 45 minutes
QUALIFICATIONS
Certified Personal Trainer: Accredited by NCCA, DEAC, or NBFE.
CPR/AED Certification: Ensure clients' safety with up-to-date CPR/AED training.
Education and experience: High school diploma or GED equivalent and 1-3 years of personal training experience.
Strong communication skills: Effectively communicate verbally, in writing, and technically.
Knowledgeable in nutrition: Possess a basic understanding of nutrition and healthy living practices.
Fitness expertise: Familiarity with a variety of exercise equipment and personal training methods.
Physical ability: Capable of lifting, pushing, pulling up to 50 lbs. and performing athletic calisthenics duties.
Requirements for this position include the possession of personal basic training equipment to effectively assist clients in achieving their goals. It is important to note that clients may not always have access to the necessary equipment.

Due to our growing personal training program, we are needing to add another member to our small team who would work as a personal trainer but also cover staff hours. We have found that working regularly in the gym for membership sales, customer support and cleaning allows our trainers to create connections with future clients. Our business started in Albuquerque 16 years ago. We believe in maintaining a clean and well maintained gym and so expect our trainers to also maintain a professional appearance. For that reason, we provide uniforms and business cards.
Starting pay is $14 per hour + sales commissions for the staffed hours. With personal training you are paid 50% of the session value. As trainers sell their own training 99% of the time, you can expect then to add on another 10% for 60% total. Uniforms and business cards are provided.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Plan and prepare diligently before each class, including study of choreography and class planning prior to each class
Learn full choreography changes on a quarterly basis
Stay up to date with, and implement Pure Barre education standards at all times
Responsible for studio tidiness and returning equipment to standards set by studio management
Perform specific cleaning tasks as assigned to ensure standards of cleanliness are observed to ensure client and employee safety
Set up the studio prior to class; reset and clean the studio after every class; set up the studio every night for next day's class
Visually inspect the equipment prior to the beginning of class to ensure equipment is in good working order and safe to use
Help sell memberships and retail (will be asked to announce promotions, events and sales)
Attend and participate in operational meetings as scheduled
Passion for learning and willingness to add other Pure Barre modalities to teaching repertoire
Act as a Pure Barre Brand & Studio Ambassador for all current initiatives and business streams
Follow Company and Pure Barre social media guidelines and principles
Participate in in-studio and out of studio special events (i.e. pop up classes, health fairs, marathons, community and hospital events, etc.) to promote the studio
Demonstrate consistency in punctuality, professional appearance, and reliability
Comply with expectations for substitution, no-show policy and other guidelines as outlined by the Employee Handbook and studio management
Provide outstanding customer service to all clients and serve along with the Lead Teacher, Studio Coordinator & General Manager as one of the primary contacts for studio questions
As the face of the studio when clients walk in, welcome clients, check clients in to class, navigate point of sale and scheduling software, and process front desk transactions
Contribute to a supportive and fun studio environment and foster positive working relationships
REQUIREMENTS:
Availability to teach a minimum of five (5) classes per week
Enthusiastic, confident and outgoing personality
Passion for fitness, wellness, and helping others
Lift hand weights, demonstrate full body pushups, hold a 90 second plank and maintain high-energy for 50-minute class
Demonstrate anatomical knowledge, proper form and alignment with a focus on safety

Utilize the Svetness Fitness App for all client sessions, including programming & session notes
Demonstrate each exercise and ensure client is performing correctly with or without modifications
Conduct client Reassessments every 4-6 weeks
Maintain client session appointments through Svetness scheduling software
Able to provide a flexible schedule to accommodate client appointments
Able to commute to and from client sessions up to 45 minutes
QUALIFICATIONS
Certified Personal Trainer: Accredited by NCCA, DEAC, or NBFE.
CPR/AED Certification: Ensure clients' safety with up-to-date CPR/AED training.
Education and experience: High school diploma or GED equivalent and 1-3 years of personal training experience.
Strong communication skills: Effectively communicate verbally, in writing, and technically.
Knowledgeable in nutrition: Possess a basic understanding of nutrition and healthy living practices.
Fitness expertise: Familiarity with a variety of exercise equipment and personal training methods.
Physical ability: Capable of lifting, pushing, pulling up to 50 lbs. and performing athletic calisthenics duties.
Requirements for this position include the possession of personal basic training equipment to effectively assist clients in achieving their goals. It is important to note that clients may not always have access to the necessary equipment.
